1. Remove the rechargeable battery (see subsection 10.2). |
2. Merge liquid from the engine cooling system (see subsection 5.13). |
3. Merge oil from an engine case (see subsection 3.6). |
4. Remove an antisplash guard of the engine, having turned out screws of its fastening (see rice. Antisplash guard of the engine). |
5. Remove the drive of the right wheel in collecting (see subsection 7.1.3.7). |
6. Turn off bolts of fastening and disconnect the drive of the left wheel from a half shaft flange. Tie a wire the drive to a body that it did not disturb. |
7. Disconnect a reception pipe of the muffler from a final collector (see subsection 6.2 and subsection 6.3). |
8. Remove the forward buffer. |
9. Turn off a bolt 3 (see the fig. Nizhny Novgorod a pressurization air duct) fastenings of the lower air duct, remove collars 4 and then an air duct 1 with a hose 2. |
10. Remove a back support 2 (see rice. Back support of the power unit) with an arm 3, having turned off bolts 1 and 4 fastenings it to a body and the transmission. |
11. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1). |
12. Remove the air filter (see subsection 4.1). |
13. Disconnect generator wires from the holder on a cover of the rechargeable battery. |
14. Disconnect hoses from a radiator (see subsection 5.3). |
15. At cars with the conditioner it is necessary to separate tubes of high and low pressure and to disconnect a tube of high pressure from the compressor. At the same time consider that it is possible to fill air conditioning system only at car repair shop. |
16. Remove the top cross-piece of a front of a body (on it the cowl lock is fixed). |
17. Remove collars 4 and an air duct 6 with a hose 8 (see rice. Motor compartment). |
18. Remove collars 1 and disconnect hoses of a supply of cooling liquid 5, giving 3 and plum 2 fuels from tubes on the engine. |
19. Disconnect a hose from a broad tank 7 from below. |
20. Disconnect a vacuum hose 5 (see rice. The case of a butterfly valve) from the drive 4 of a butterfly valve. |
21. Disconnect a hose 3 from the valve of 1 recirculation of the fulfilled gases. |
22. Shift a spring collar and disconnect a hose 3 (see rice. Heater hoses) from a tee 4. |
23. Shift a spring collar and disconnect a hose 2 from a branch pipe of 1 radiator of a heater. |
24. Disconnect a hose 6 from the vacuum pump 5. |
25. Disconnect a block 1 (see rice. The control unit of the engine) from the engine management block 5. |
26. Separate blocks of 2 and 3 plaits of wires and take out them from the holder. |
27. Unhook from a mudguard the holder 4 plaits of wires. |
28. Turn off three bolts 2 (see rice. Arm of drafts of gear shifting) fastenings of an arm 3. |
29. Take out the 4th tube of the drive of coupling from an arm. |
30. Remove a lock washer 2 (see rice. Drafts of gear shifting), remove the lever of the choice of transfers and put it aside together with a cable 1. Take out plugs of an axis of the lever of the choice of transfers. |
31. Turn off a nut of the 8th fastening, remove the lever of inclusion of transfers and put it aside together with a cable 3. |
32. Disconnect a block 4 from the backing light switch. |
33. Disconnect a "mass" wire from a longeron. |
34. Disconnect a block 7 and a wire 6 from the traction relay of a starter. |
|
35. Turn off two bolts 2 and take out the working cylinder of 1 drive of switching off of coupling from a transmission case. Without disconnecting from it a hose, take the cylinder aside. |
Prevention
At the removed working cylinder it is forbidden to press a coupling pedal.
|
|
36. Separate blocks of 1 plaits of wires and take out them from the holder under a starter. |
37. Hook on the engine for eyes and pull waist cables. |
|
38. Turn off three bolts of 1 fastening of the right support 3 of the power unit. If at the same time the engine falls, raise his waist (2 – a support arm). |
