2.12.5. Adjustment of a starting position of hydropushers of valves

GENERAL INFORMATION

ENGINES of 1,0 l, 37 kW And 1,4 l 50 kW

After removal of a head of the block or details of the drive of valves it is necessary to adjust a starting position of hydropushers of valves.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn a bent shaft so that both valves of the fourth cylinder were open.
2. Weaken an inhaling of lock-nuts at yokes of the first cylinder (1 – a lock-nut; 2 – adjusting screw; 3 – valve yoke; 4 – valve; 5 – plastic wedge).
3. Turn out adjusting screws 2 so that between yokes 3 and valves 4 the noticeable gap appeared.
4. Screw adjusting screws before contact of yokes with valves, and then on two turns.
5. Holding adjusting screws in this situation, tighten lock-nuts.
6. Adjust a starting position of other hydropushers, turning a bent shaft according to the table.
