2.2. Installation of the piston of the first cylinder in the provision of VMT of a step of compression

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Turn a bent shaft only clockwise (towards rotation of a shaft) for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the drive of the generator. It is forbidden to turn a bent shaft for a camshaft pulley.

Installation of the piston of the first cylinder in the provision of VMT of a step of compression is necessary in order that at work, connected with removal of a belt of the drive of the camshaft, installation of phases of gas distribution was not broken.

Expose VMT on tags on pulleys of camshafts as at installation on a tag on a generator drive pulley in VMT there can be a piston of the either the first, or fourth cylinder. Having established VMT on a camshaft pulley, be convinced of coincidence of tags on a pulley of the drive of the generator or a pulley of a bent shaft. If they do not coincide, so installation of phases of gas distribution is broken, in this case take off a belt of the drive of the camshaft and turn a bent shaft before coincidence of tags.
