GENERAL INFORMATION

Details of the drive of camshafts of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW

1 – top cover of belts of the drive of camshafts;
2 – bolt of fastening of a tension roller;
3 – tension roller of a belt of the drive of the final camshaft;
4 – belt of the drive of the final camshaft;
5 – bolt of fastening of a back cover;
6 – back cover;
7 – bolt;
8 – bolt of fastening of an eye;
9 – eye;
10 – a bolt of fastening of the directing roller;
11 – the directing roller;
12 – arm;
13 – bolt of fastening of an arm;
14 – laying of the water pump;
15 – water pump; 		16 – tension roller of a belt of the drive of camshafts;
17 – the directing roller;
18 – a bolt of fastening of the directing roller;
19 – pulley of a bent shaft;
20 – bolt of fastening of a tension roller;
21 – belt of the drive of camshafts;
22 – bolt of fastening of the lower cover;
23 – generator drive pulley;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top casing (see subsection 2.1).
2. Having unfastened latches, remove the top cover of 1 belt of the drive of the camshaft.
3. Turn a bent shaft so that openings in pulleys of camshafts settled down opposite to each other, as shown in the drawing.
4. Check coincidence of tags 1 on a pulley of the drive of the generator and 2 on the lower cover of a belt.
5. If the lower cover of a belt is removed, check coincidence of a tag 1 on a forward cover of the block of cylinders with the cut-off tooth 2 on a pulley of a bent shaft.
