PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a generator drive belt (see subsection 2.3).
2. Remove the generator.
3. Take off a camshaft drive belt (see subsection 2.4.1 and subsection 2.4.2).
4. Remove an oil filter.
5. Remove a head of the block of cylinders (see subsection 2.7).
6. Remove the water pump (see subsection 5.5 and subsection 5.6).
7. Turn off bolts of fastening and remove an oil case (see subsection 3.1).
8. At engines of 1 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW:
      – turn off bolts 10 (see rice. The block of cylinders of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) and the 11th fastenings also remove the filter 9 and the sensor 12 detonations;
      – remove a camshaft drive chain (see subsection 2.5);
      – remove the oil pump (see subsection 3.2).
9. At engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW:
      – turn off a bolt 4 (see rice. The block of cylinders of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW) fastenings also remove the tension device 13 of a belt of the drive of camshafts;
      – turn off bolts 1 and 3 (see rice. Details of the block of cylinders of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW) fastenings also remove the receiver 2 of the oil pump;
      – turn off bolts of the 15th fastening and remove the oil pump 14 with laying 13.
10. At the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kW:
      – remove the oil pump (see subsection 3.3);
      – turn off bolts 7 (see rice. Installation of epiploons of a bent shaft) fastenings also remove a forward cover 2 blocks of cylinders.
11. Turn off bolts of fastening of covers of rods (at the engine of 1,4 l, 50 kW – a nut of conrod bolts) and uncover rods with inserts. If inserts are not replaced, mark them on the non-working party not to mix at installation.
12. Carefully, not to scratch a mirror of cylinders, take out pistons with rods. At engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW previously record sleeves of cylinders from shift.
13. Turn off bolts of fastening of a flywheel, holding a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye.
14. Remove a flywheel, at engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW remove clutch plates 9 (see rice. Details of the block of cylinders of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW), guard 10 and disk 11 of the sensor of frequency of rotation of a bent shaft.
15. Turn off bolts of fastening and remove the holder of a back epiploon of a bent shaft.
16. Turn off bolts of fastening and uncover radical bearings, at the engine of 1,4 l, 50 kW the case 2 (see rice. Block of cylinders of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) of bearings with inserts. At the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kW and the petrol engine of 1,0 l take out the lower persistent half rings 4 (see rice. A bent shaft of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kW) from a cover of the average bearing.
17. Take out a bent shaft from beds of the block of cylinders.
18. Remove the top inserts of radical bearings.
19. Take out the top persistent half rings of a bent shaft from an average bed.
20. By means of a special stripper remove piston rings.
21. Remove lock rings 1 (see rice. Details of conrod and piston group of the engine with a capacity of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW) also take out piston fingers. Remove pistons from rods.
Prevention

At assembly do not mix in places pistons, piston fingers and piston rings.
