| 1. Remove an antisplash guard of the engine. |
| 2. Merge oil from an engine case. |
| 3. On engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW disconnect a cooling system pipe from arms under an oil case. |
| 4. Turn off bolts of fastening of an oil case. On engines of 1,4 l, 50 kW also turn off bolts 14 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) fastenings of a support 10 with the lower guard 9 to a coupling case also remove a support. |
| 5. Remove an oil case from the block of cylinders. On engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW at the same time wring out a cooling system pipe. On engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW remove laying of an oil case. |
| 6. Carefully clear the interfaced surfaces of an oil case and the block of cylinders of the remains of oil and old sealant. |
| 7. On engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW establish new laying of a case and apply sealant in the field of connection of a cover of distributive gear wheels with the block of cylinders. |
|
8. On other engines apply a layer of sealant 2-3 mm thick on a flange of an oil case, as shown in the drawing. You watch that the layer of sealant did not exceed 3 mm, otherwise excess mastic will be squeezed out in an oil case that will lead to an oil receiver contamination. On a part of a flange from a flywheel be especially careful. In the place specified by an arrow A cause bigger amount of sealant according to the sizes specified in the drawing. |
| 9. Establish the lower guard of a case of coupling on a support. |
| 10. Establish an oil case into place, if necessary wringing out a cooling system pipe. Work should be carried out with the assistant. |
|
11. Acquire bolts of fastening of an oil case to the block of cylinders in the sequence specified in the drawing. Then screw, without tightening, two bolts of fastening of a support with the lower guard to a coupling case. |
| 12. Improve bolts of fastening of an oil case to the block of cylinders in the sequence specified in the drawing and finally tighten two bolts of fastening of a support with the lower guard to a coupling case. |
| 13. Finally tighten bolts of fastening of an oil case to the block of cylinders in the specified sequence. |
| 14. Fix a cooling system pipe. |
| 15. Let's dry to the condensing mastic within 30 min. and only after that fill in oil in an engine case. |

| 7. Establish an oil case into place. |
| 8. Acquire bolts of fastening of an oil case to the block of cylinders cross-wise. Then turn, without tightening, three bolts of fastening of an oil case to a coupling case. |
| 9. Tighten bolts of fastening of an oil case to the block of cylinders cross-wise and finally tighten three bolts of fastening of an oil case to a coupling case. |
| 10. Finally tighten bolts of fastening of an oil case to the block of cylinders cross-wise. |
| 11. Let's dry to the condensing mastic within 30 min. and only after that fill in oil in an engine case. |
