1. Merge oil from an engine case. |
2. Remove an oil case (see subsection 3.1). |
3. Turn off a bolt 8 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) fastenings of the receiver 20 of the oil pump to the block of cylinders. |
4. Turn off four bolts of the 19th fastening of the receiver 20 to a cover of distributive gear wheels. |
5. Carefully remove the receiver 20 and gear wheels 22 pumps. |
6. Clear of dirt and wash out white spirit an oil receiver grid. If the grid does not manage to be cleared or it is damaged, replace an oil receiver. |
7. Take out the forelock 5, being careful that the spring 7 did not jump out. |
8. Take out a spring 7 and a ball of the 6th reducing valve. |
9. Examine a nest of the reducing valve. On its internal surface there should not be zadir and deep scratches. The ball 6 has to move absolutely freely in a nest. Otherwise replace an oil receiver. |

10. Establish gear wheels in a cover of distributive gear wheels. Put a metal range 1 and measure by the probe 2 a gap between a ruler and gear wheels 3 (4 – a cover of distributive gear wheels). A nominal axial gap of 0,02-0,1 mm, maximum permissible – 0,13 mm. |
11. If the gap exceeds maximum permissible, replace a cover of distributive gear wheels. If the gap is less than 0,02 mm, establish adjusting laying 21 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW). |
12. Collect the oil pump upside-down, previously having oiled engine gear wheels, axes of gear wheels, a ball of the reducing valve and a privalochny surface of an oil receiver. The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of an oil receiver – 8 N · m. |
