| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Install the car on the horizontal flat platform. |
| 2. Launch the engine and warm up it up to the working temperature. Stop the engine and wait several minutes that oil flew down in the case pallet. |
| 3. Remove a stopper 1 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) or 6 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW) oil-filling mouth. |
| 4. Remove an antisplash guard of the engine. |
| 5. Turn off a stopper 15 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) or 29 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW) a drain opening on an engine case, previously having substituted under it capacity, also merge the fulfilled oil. |
| 6. Screw a stopper, having replaced new a sealing ring 16 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) or 28 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW). |
| 7. Turn off a special key an oil filter 4 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) or 12 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the engine of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW). |
| 8. Oil a sealing ring of the new filter engine. |
| 9. Wrap the new filter hands without the tool. |
| 10. Fill in the required amount of new oil, controlling its level according to the index. |
| 11. Launch the engine and let's it work several minutes idling. Stop the engine, check the level of oil and if necessary add to norm. |

DIESEL ENGINES
The filling volume of the lubrication system with an oil filter – 4,5 l.
Fill in in system of oil, meeting standards:
– the engine of 1,9 l, 74, kW – VW 505 0;
– the engine of 1,9 l, 47, kW – VW 506 00.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Install the car on the horizontal flat platform. |
| 2. Launch the engine and warm up it up to the working temperature. Stop the engine and wait several minutes until oil flows down in the case pallet. |
| 3. Remove a stopper of an oil-filling mouth. |
| 4. Remove an antisplash guard of the engine. |
| 5. Turn off a stopper 18 (see rice. Details of the lubrication system of the diesel engine) a drain opening on an engine case, previously having substituted under it capacity, also merge the fulfilled oil. Screw a new stopper. |

6. Turn off a cover 1. |
| 7. Take out the filtering element 4. |
| 8. Establish the new filtering element, having replaced a sealing ring 3. |
| 9. Screw a new cover 1 with a new sealing ring 2. The moment of an inhaling of a cover of an oil filter – 25 N · m. |
| 10. Fill in the required amount of new oil, controlling its level according to the index. |
| 11. Launch the engine and let's it work several minutes idling. Stop the engine, check the level of oil and if necessary add to norm. |
