DIESEL ENGINE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a camshaft drive belt (see subsection 2.4.1).
2. Remove a pulley and a nave of a pulley of the camshaft (see subsection 2.8).
3. Remove axes with yokes, previously having marked them not to mix at installation (see subsection 4.14.4).
4. Remove the vacuum pump (see subsection 4.11).
5. Turn off bolts 19 (see rice. A head of the block of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kW) fastenings of covers of 18 fifth, first and third bearings also uncover. Mark covers not to mix at installation. If inserts 16 are suitable for further use, do not take out them from covers.
6. Evenly cross-wise turn off bolts of fastening of covers of the second and fourth bearings and uncover.
7. Take out the camshaft 17 from a head and remove from it an epiploon 14. Take out inserts 16 of a head and mark on the non-working party not to mix at installation.
8. Take out hydropushers of 5 valves. Mark them or lay so that not to mix at installation. It is necessary to store hydropushers in the same situation in what they were on the engine, otherwise from them oil will flow out.
9. Install the piston of the corresponding cylinder in VMT, then at compression of springs valves will rest against the piston.
10. Install the device for compression of springs of valves on a head and, having squeezed valve springs, take out crackers 6.
11. Remove a plate 7 and springs 8 and 9.
12. By means of a stripper remove an oil scraper cap.
13. Oil engine a new cap and insert it into a mandrel 3 (1 – the plug; 2 – oil scraper cap).
14. Put on the plastic plug 1 a valve core not to damage a working edge of a cap.
15. By means of a mandrel carefully to a napressuyta a cap against the stop.
16. Establish to the place of a spring of the valve and a plate of springs.
17. Having squeezed springs adaptation, establish valve crackers. After that strike with the hammer through a metal core a valve end face that crackers sat down on the place.
18. Similarly replace other caps.
19. Establish inserts 16 (see rice. A head of the block of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kW) according to earlier made marking also oil them engine.
20. Install in a head the camshaft so that cams of the first cylinder were directed up.
21. Establish washers 4.
22. Establish covers of the second and fourth bearings and evenly cross-wise wrap new bolts of their fastening. Tighten bolts the moment of 8 N · m also tighten for 90 °.
Prevention

At each removal of covers of bearings of the camshaft it is necessary to replace bolts of their fastening with new.


23. Apply sealant on a surface And covers of the first and fifth bearings, at the same time you watch that sealant did not get to the grooves specified by shooters rice. Places of putting sealant on the first and fifth covers of bearings of the camshaft. Then establish covers of the first, fifth and third bearings.
24. Establish all removed details upside-down. After installation of hydropushers of valves it is possible to launch the engine only in 30 min.

PETROL ENGINES of 1,4 l, 55 I 74 kW

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a belt of the drive of camshafts (see subsection 2.4.2).
2. Remove the ignition coil.
3. Turn out spark plugs.
4. Turn off bolts 4 fastenings and remove the case 6 with camshafts assembled.
5. Mark not to mix at installation, and remove yokes 9 and hydropushers of 10 valves. It is necessary to store hydropushers in the same situation in what they stand on the engine, otherwise from them oil will flow out. Then a rassukharta valves also remove caps.

PETROL ENGINES of 1,0 l, 37 kW And 1,4 l 50 kW

2. Uncover the 18th heads and laying 17.
3. Turn off bolts of the 3 and 15 fastening of an axis of yokes and remove an axis of 6 yokes assembled. Then a rassukharta valves also remove caps.
