GENERAL INFORMATION

Belts of the drive of camshafts

 
1 – pulley of a bent shaft;
2 – tension roller;
3 – bolt of fastening of a tension roller;
4 – pulley of the water pump;
5 – belt of the drive of camshafts;
6 – pulley of the inlet camshaft;
7 – bolt of fastening of a pulley;
8 – belt of the drive of the final camshaft;
9 – pulley of the final camshaft;
10 – bolt of fastening of a pulley;
11 – tension roller of a belt of the drive of the final camshaft;
12 – bolt of fastening of a tension roller;
13 – the directing roller

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1).
2. Remove the air filter (see subsection 4.1).
3. Unfasten latches and remove the top cover 1 (cm. rice. Details of the drive of camshafts of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW).
4. Install the piston of the first cylinder in VMT (see subsection 2.2.1).
5. Remove a broad tank, without disconnecting from it hoses, and put it aside.
6. Hook on the engine a waist and pull its cables to unload support.
7. Turn off bolts of fastening of the right support of the power unit to the engine and a body.
8. Take off a generator drive belt (see subsection 2.3).
9. Holding a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye, turn off a bolt 24 fastenings of a pulley of a bent shaft.
10. Remove a pulley 23 drives of the generator. Screw manually a bolt 24 with two thick washers that the pulley 19 did not come off a bent shaft.
11. Turn off bolts 22 fastenings and remove the lower cover 26.
12. Weaken an inhaling of a bolt 3 (see rice. Belts of the drive of camshafts) so that the tension roller 2 turned and weakened a tension of a belt 5 of the drive of camshafts.
13. Take off a belt 5 of the drive of camshafts.
14. Weaken an inhaling of a bolt 12 and turn a tension roller 11 to weaken a belt 8 tension. Fix camshafts from a provorachivaniye, having inserted into openings and drills with a diameter of 8 mm.
15. Take off a belt 8 of the drive of the final camshaft. Carefully clear pulleys and rollers of dirt and oil.
16. Put on a new belt a pulley of the 9th final camshaft, and then a pulley of the 6th inlet camshaft. At the same time the top branch of a belt has to be tense.
17. The hexagon inserted into an opening turn a tension roller 11 (see rice. Belts of the drive of camshafts) so that the index 1 coincided with a ledge 2 on a frame of the tension device. Holding a tension roller in this situation, tighten a bolt 3 fastenings of a roller the moment of 20 N · m.
18. Put on a belt 5 (see rice. Belts of the drive of camshafts) on a pulley 4 water pumps and a tension roller 2, then on a pulley of 1 bent shaft and the directing roller 13 and after that on a pulley of the 6th inlet camshaft.
19. The hexagon inserted into an opening turn a tension roller 3 so that the index of 1 roller rose opposite to a smaller groove in a plate 2. At the same time pay attention that the bolt 5 has to be in a bigger groove of a plate 2. Holding a tension roller in this situation, tighten a bolt of fastening of a roller the moment of 20 N · m (4 – a hexagon).
20. Turn a bent shaft on two turns and check coincidence of tags of VMT.
21. Establish all removed details upside-down. At the same time consider that a bolt 24 (cm. rice. The detail of the drive of camshafts of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW) fastenings of pulleys of a bent shaft and bolts of fastening of a support of the power unit to the engine and a body needs to replace with new. Tighten a bolt of fastening of pulleys of a bent shaft in two stages: the 1st – the moment of 90 N · m, the 2nd – tighten for 90 °. The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a support of the power unit – 50 N · m.
