The 1,0 l camshaft of petrol engines, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW is given to rotation by a chain.
The chain needs to be changed complete with gear wheels of cranked and distributive shaft.
If the chain is removed not for replacement, it is necessary to mark the direction of its rotation as at change of the direction of rotation the chain will quickly wear out.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Take off a generator drive belt (see subsection 2.3).
|2. Holding a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye, turn off a bolt 18 and remove a pulley of the 17th drive of the generator.
| 3. Remove an oil case of the engine (see subsection 3.1).
|4. Turn off a bolt of the 14th fastening of an arm of the receiver of the oil pump.
|5. Turn off bolts of the 19th fastening of a cover of 15 distributive gear wheels and remove it with laying of the 20th cover.
Laying of a cover of distributive gear wheels needs to be replaced with new.
|6. Turn off a bolt 23 fastenings and remove a gear wheel 22 drives of the oil pump.
|7. Remove gear wheels 21 and 26 together with a chain.
Pick up a gear wheel of a bent shaft (see subsection 2.6).
||9. Put on a chain gear wheels so that between tags on them 12 axes of links of a chain, as shown in the drawing settled down. In such situation establish gear wheels on cranked and distributive shaft. Establish a gear wheel of the drive of the oil pump. Screw a bolt of fastening of gear wheels, previously having applied Loctite 648 sealant on a bolt carving (1 – a camshaft drive chain; 2 – camshaft gear wheel; 3 – gear wheel of a bent shaft; And – a tag on a camshaft gear wheel; B – a tag on a gear wheel of a bent shaft).
|10. Establish all removed details upside-down. Before a vvorachivaniye of bolts of fastening of a cover of distributive gear wheels apply Loctite 242 sealant on their carving.
