4.28. Removal and installation of a turbocompressor

GENERAL INFORMATION

Turbocompressor with a final collector

1 – final collector;
2 – inlet pipe of the engine;
3 – case of a butterfly valve;
4 – laying of an inlet pipe;
5 – bolt of fastening of an inlet pipe;
6 – laying of a collector;
7 – washer;
8 – nut;
9 – branch pipe of an air duct of the air filter;
10 – branch pipe of an air duct of an intermediate cooler;
11 – pressurization pressure regulator tank;
12 – heat-insulating screen;

13 – turbocompressor arm;
14 – bolt of fastening of an arm;
15 – bolt of fastening of a turbocompressor;

The turbocompressor can be removed and replaced only assembled with a final collector and the regulator of pressure of pressurization.

The turbocompressor is not subject to repair, at failure it needs to be replaced.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an antisplash guard of the engine.
2. Remove the drive of the right wheel (see subsection 7.1.3.7).
3. Remove the protection cover of a half shaft.
4. Disconnect the lower air duct 1 (see the fig. Nizhny Novgorod a pressurization air duct) from an intermediate cooler of air.
5. Disconnect from a turbocompressor hoses lower 2 (see rice. Turbocompressor (bottom view)) and back 1 air ducts.
6. Turn off a cap nut and disconnect from the block of cylinders a tube 19 (see rice. A turbocompressor with a final collector) plum of oil from a turbocompressor.
7. Turn out bolts 14 and 15 and remove an arm 13.
8. Disconnect a vacuum hose 7 (see rice. A turbocompressor (bottom view)) from the pressurization pressure regulator.
9. Remove a reception pipe of the muffler (see subsection 6.2 and subsection 6.3).
10. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1).
11. Remove the top air duct 6 (see rice. Motor compartment).
12. Remove tubes of recirculation of the fulfilled gases between a final collector and an inlet pipe of the engine.
13. Turn off bolts 18 (see rice. A turbocompressor with a final collector) also pick up the phone 19.
14. Turn off nuts of the 8th fastening of a final collector.
15. Remove a final collector with a turbocompressor, having lowered it down.
16. Establish a final collector with a turbocompressor upside-down, having replaced everything самоконтрящиеся nuts; fill in engine oil in a turbocompressor before accession of a tube of the 25th supply of oil to it.
17. After installation of a turbocompressor launch the engine and let's it work idling not less than 1 min. that the turbocompressor was filled with oil.
