4.29. Removal and installation of an intermediate cooler of air

GENERAL INFORMATION

Intermediate cooler of air

1 – cooler casing;
2 – intermediate cooler of air;
3 – bolt of fastening of a cooler;
4 – sealing ring;
5 – sensor of pressure and air temperature;
6 – arm;
7 – bolt of fastening of the sensor;
8 – connecting hose;

9 – top air duct;
10 – bolt of fastening of a back air duct;
11 – branch pipe of a hose of ventilation of a case;
12 – back air duct;
13 – turbocompressor;
14 – lower air duct;
15 – arm;
16 – bolt of fastening of the lower air duct

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a right headlight (see subsection 10.8).
	2. Disconnect from the sensor 2 a block 1 with wires. Disconnect from a branch pipe a hose 3.
3. Remove the forward buffer.
4. Remove локарь the right forward wheel.
5. Remove a cooler casing.
	6. Disconnect a hose 1 from an intermediate cooler 3. Turn off bolts 2 fastenings and remove an intermediate cooler.
7. Establish an intermediate cooler upside-down.
