The fuel filter of the car with the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kW

The fuel filter on the car with the diesel engine is installed in podkapotny space.
On the fuel filter the valve 4 is fixed (see rice. The fuel filter of the car with the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kW) fuel heating. On the top flange of the filter about unions for accession of fuel hoses the shooters showing to what unions hoses of giving and discharge of fuel are connected are beaten out.
Besides the direction of a stream of fuel is designated by shooters on fuel hoses and on the fuel heating valve. The fuel filter of a non-demountable design and to repair is not subject.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Disconnect from filter 7 unions fuel hoses 2 and 6.
| 2. Take out a clamp 3 valves of heating of fuel.
| 3. Remove the valve 4 heatings of fuel, without disconnecting from it hoses, and take the valve aside.
||4. Wring out three plastic latches 1 and take out the fuel filter 2 from an arm 3 up. Consider that the filter only in one situation, as shown in the drawing is taken out and inserted.
|5. Install the new filter upside-down, previously having filled it with pure fuel. Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of an arm of the fuel filter of the diesel engine of 25 N · m.
At the car with the petrol engine the fuel filter is fixed on the fuel tank, from below the car.
In the fuel filter 7 (see rice. Details of a power supply system of the carburetor engine) the fuel pressure regulator is built in.
The arrow on the case of the filter shows the direction of a stream of fuel. Two unions on a filter flange from the fuel pump serve for connection of fuel tubes. To the union in the center of a flange the fuel supply tube (black color), is connected to the union on the edge of a flange – a tube of the return discharge of fuel (blue color).
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Disconnect fuel-supply lines 6, 11 and 12 from the filter 7 for what press the buttons of clamps of tubes. As fuel is in tubes under pressure, impose places of connections of tubes with rags and remove tubes from filter unions gradually.
| 2. Unscrew the screw 8 of fastening and remove the fuel filter 7.
| 3. Install the new fuel filter upside-down. At the same time the arrow on the case of the filter has to be directed towards the engine.
