4.12. Removal and installation of an inlet pipe of the engine

GENERAL INFORMATION

PETROL ENGINES of 1,0 l, 37 kW And 1,4 l, 50 kW

Inlet pipe of petrol engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW

1 – fuel stage;
2 – bolt of fastening of the case of a butterfly valve;
3 – case of a butterfly valve;
4 – pro-tub of the case of a butterfly valve;
5 – inlet pipe;
6 – laying of an inlet pipe;
7 – nut of fastening of an inlet pipe;
8 – sensor of pressure and air temperature;
9 – bolt of fastening of the sensor;
10 – union of a hose of ventilation of a case;
11 – union of a hose of the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber;
12 – bolt of fastening of a fuel stage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1).
3. Turn off three bolts of fastening and remove an inlet branch pipe from the case 3 (see rice. Inlet pipe of petrol engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) of a butterfly valve.
4. Disconnect a block with wires from the drive of a butterfly valve.
5. Disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case from the union 10.
6. Disconnect an adsorber purge hose from the union 11.
7. Disconnect a block with wires from the sensor 8.
8. Disconnect a fuel-supply line from a fuel stage 1.
9. Disconnect blocks with wires from nozzles.
10. Turn off six nuts of the 7th fastening and remove an inlet pipe 5 with laying 6.
11. If necessary turn off bolts 2 and remove the case 3 of a butterfly valve, turn off bolts 12 and remove a fuel stage 1, having pulled it up that nozzles left openings in an inlet pipe, turn off a bolt 9 and remove the sensor 8.
12. Establish an inlet pipe upside-down. At the same time replace laying 6 and 4.

PETROL ENGINES of 1,4 l, 55 I 74 kW

Inlet pipe of petrol engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW
1 – case of a butterfly valve;
2 – sealing ring of the case;
3 – bolt of fastening of the case of a butterfly valve;
4 – bolt of fastening of an inlet pipe;
5 – inlet pipe;
6 – laying of an inlet pipe;
7 – the directing sensor plate;
8 – sealing rings of the sensor;
9 – sensor of pressure and air temperature;
10 – bolt of fastening of the sensor

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1).
3. Disconnect from the case 1 (see rice. Inlet pipe of petrol engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW) of a butterfly valve air duct of the air filter.
4. Disconnect an adsorber purge hose from the case of 1 butterfly valve.
5. Disconnect from the case of 1 butterfly valve a block with wires.
6. Turn off two bolts of fastening and disconnect a tube of recirculation of the fulfilled gases from an inlet pipe 5.
7. Disconnect a block with wires from the sensor 9 of pressure and air temperature.
8. Disconnect blocks of a plait of nozzles from a plait of wires.
9. Disconnect a fuel-supply line from a fuel stage.
10. Turn off six bolts 4 fastenings and remove an inlet pipe 5.
11. If necessary turn off bolts of fastening and remove a fuel stage, the case of 1 butterfly valve and the sensor 9 of pressure and air temperature from an inlet pipe.
12. Establish an inlet pipe upside-down. At the same time replace a sealing ring 2 cases of a butterfly valve irrespective of its state and in case of damage – laying 6, sealing rings 8 and the directing plate of the 7th sensor.

DIESEL ENGINE of 1,9 l, 74 kW

Inlet pipe of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kW
1 – inlet pipe;
2 – sealing ring of the case of a butterfly valve;
3 – case of a butterfly valve;
4 – the valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases;
5 – a hose to the vacuum pump;
6 – valve of a butterfly valve;
7 – bolt of fastening of the case of a butterfly valve;
8 – bolt of fastening of an arm;
9 – drive arm;
10 – drive of a butterfly valve;
11 – bolt of fastening of a tube;
12 – a tube of recirculation of the fulfilled gases;
13 – laying of a tube

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1).
3. Disconnect from the case 3 (see rice. Inlet pipe of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kW) of a butterfly valve air duct of the air filter.
4. Disconnect a hose from the valve 4 recirculation of the fulfilled gases.
5. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the drive 10 of a butterfly valve.
6. Turn off two bolts of the 11th fastening and disconnect a tube 12 from the case 3 of a butterfly valve. Remove laying 13.
7. Turn off bolts of fastening and remove an inlet pipe 1 and laying of an inlet pipe.
8. If necessary turn off bolts 7 and remove the case 3 of a butterfly valve from an inlet pipe.
9. Establish an inlet pipe upside-down. At the same time it is necessary to replace laying of an inlet pipe, a sealing ring 2 and laying 13.

DIESEL ENGINE of 1,9 l, 47 kW

Inlet pipe of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kW
1 – bolts of fastening of the valve;
2 – sealing ring of the case of a butterfly valve;
3 – case of a butterfly valve;
4 – bolt of fastening of the case;
5 – branch pipe of a hose of ventilation of a case;
6 – bolt of fastening of an inlet pipe;
7 – laying of an inlet pipe;
8 – inlet pipe;
9 – laying of the valve;
10 – the valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1).
3. Disconnect from the case 3 (see rice. Inlet pipe of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kW) of a butterfly valve air duct of the air filter.
4. Disconnect a block with wires from the case 3 of a butterfly valve.
5. Disconnect a hose from the valve 10 recirculation of the fulfilled gases.
6. Turn off six bolts of the 6th fastening and remove an inlet pipe 8 with laying 7.
7. If necessary remove from an inlet pipe the case 3 of a butterfly valve and the valve 10 recirculation of the fulfilled gases, having turned off bolts 4 and 1.
8. Establish an inlet pipe upside-down. At the same time replace laying of the 7th inlet pipe, laying of the 9th valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases and a sealing ring 2 cases of a butterfly valve.
