4.14. Removal and installation of nozzles

4.14.1. Petrol engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4l, 50 kW

GENERAL INFORMATION

Details of system of injection of fuel of petrol engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4l, 50 kW

1 – control unit of the engine;
2 – 40-contact connecting block;
3 – 81-contact connecting block;
4 – air filter;
5 – inlet branch pipe of air
filter;
6 – hose of a supply of warm air;
7 – screw collar;
8 – connecting block of the sensor;
9 – sensor of temperature of cooling liquid;
10 – lambda probe (oxygen sensor);
11 – connecting block lambda probe;
12 – connecting block of the second lambda probe;
13 – the second a lambda probe (for the engines answering to norms of Euro-4);
14 – inlet pipe of the engine;
15 – fuel stage;

Fuel stage with nozzles of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW

1 – fuel stage;
2 – sealing ring of a nozzle;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1).
3. Turn off bolts 18 and remove an inlet branch pipe 17 from an inlet pipe of the engine.
4. Remove the holder 5 (see rice. A fuel stage with nozzles of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) wires of nozzles, having disconnected blocks from nozzles and from a plait of wires.
5. Disconnect a fuel-supply line 16 (see rice. Details of system of injection of fuel of petrol engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4l, 50 kW) from a fuel stage 15.
6. Turn off bolts of fastening and, having pulled a fuel stage 1 (see rice. A fuel stage with nozzles of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) along axes of nozzles, remove it. At the same time nozzles have to leave openings in an inlet pipe of the engine and remain on a stage. If any nozzle remained in an inlet pipe, it is necessary to replace its sealing rings 2 and a clamp 4.
7. Remove clamps of 4 nozzles.
8. Having pulled, take out nozzles 3 of a fuel stage 1.
9. Replace clamps of 4 nozzles if you find on them cracks.
10. Replace the sealing rings of 2 nozzles torn, cracked or lost elasticity.
11. Establish nozzles upside-down, having greased with gasoline their sealing rings.
