4.14.3. Diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kW

GENERAL INFORMATION

Nozzles of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kW

1 – fuel tube;

2 – a hose of discharge of fuel from a nozzle;

3 – nozzle;

4 – holder of a nozzle;

5 – bolt of fastening of the holder

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1).
3. Turn off cap nuts of fastening of fuel tubes 1 (see rice. Nozzles of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kW) also remove fuel tubes assembled. Nuts are recommended to be turned off a special key not to crumple their side. At removal it is forbidden to bend fuel tubes or to change their form as on them cracks can appear.
4. If necessary turn out a toplivoprovodyashchy bolt on a nozzle of the third cylinder.
5. Remove from nozzles the 3rd hoses 2 plums of fuel. Turn off bolts 5 and remove holders 4.
6. Take out nozzles from cylinders. If they cannot be taken out, it is possible to make a special adapter 2 for a stripper 3. For this purpose cut off from an old fuel tube a piece about 50 mm long with a cap nut. On other end of a tube weld M6 nut. To remove a nozzle 1, wrap on it a cap nut of the made adapter 2 and put on an adapter a stripper 3. Blow quickly of a stripper pull out a nozzle from the cylinder.
7. Establish nozzles upside-down, having replaced copper sealing rings.
8. Tighten cap nuts of fuel tubes the moment of 25 N · m, and a toplivoprovodyashchy bolt – the moment of 20 N · m.
