PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At removal of the brake drum it is recommended to check tightness of the wheel cylinder 1 periodically (see rice. Check of tightness of the wheel cylinder).

2. For this purpose by means of a wooden or plastic shovel 2 it is careful not to damage, wring out edges of protective caps 3.

3. If in caps traces of brake fluid are found, the wheel cylinder needs to be replaced.

Replacement

Prevention

The wheel brake cylinder is not subject to repair, in case of malfunction it needs to be replaced assembled.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove brake shoes (see subsection 9.7.1).

2. Turn off a nut of fastening and disconnect a brake tube 10 (see rice. Installation of the brake drum mechanism of a back wheel) from the wheel cylinder. Muffle a tube opening, for example, a cap of the valve of production of air.

3. Turn off two bolts 12 (see rice. Details of the brake drum mechanism of a back wheel) fastenings also remove the wheel cylinder 11 from a brake board 14.

4. Install the wheel cylinder upside-down. Pump over the brake system (see subsection 9.9.6).
