PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken an inhaling of bolts 9 (see rice. Details of a forward suspension bracket) fastenings of the corresponding wheel.
2. Turn off a nut of the 10th nave.
3. Raise and establish a forward part of the car on reliable support.
4. Remove a forward wheel, having finally turned off bolts of its fastening.
5. Remove an antisplash guard of a case of the engine.
6. Mark the provision of bolts 2 (see rice. Fastening of a spherical support) fastenings of the spherical hinge on the lever of 1 suspension bracket, having led round contours of heads of bolts. It will help to keep approximately after assembly the angles of installation of wheels. Turn off bolts 2 fastenings of a spherical support 3 to the lever.
7. By means of a special stripper 1 (see fig. of Vypressovk of a shlitsevy tip of the external CV JOINT from a nave) a vypressuyta a shlitsevy tip of the external CV JOINT from a nave 2 wheels. In the absence of a stripper it can be made blows of the hammer through a wooden pro-rate on an end face of a shlitsevy tip. Suspend by means of a wire the wheel drive to a body.
8. Having shifted a rack 2 on itself, establish between it and a body a wooden pro-rate 1.
9. Turn off two bolts 2 (see rice. Fastening of a holder of a pillow of the stabilizer) fastenings to an arm of 1 holder 5 (see rice. Details of a beam of a forward suspension bracket) pillows of the stabilizer of cross stability.
10. Turn off on one nut 1 (see rice. Fastening of a rack to a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability) fastenings also disconnect racks 3 from a bar 2 stabilizers on both sides of a suspension bracket.
11. Turn off bolts 1 (see rice. Fastening of the steering mechanism to a beam of a forward suspension bracket) fastenings of the steering mechanism to a beam of the 2nd lobby of a suspension bracket.
12. Fix the steering mechanism by means of a wire.
13. Turn off two bolts 3 fastenings of a back support 2 of the power unit to the transmission (see subsection 7.1.2.1).
14. Establish a reliable support under a beam of a forward suspension bracket.
15. Turn off a bolt 4 (see rice. Fastening of a beam of a forward suspension bracket) on the left side of a beam. Screw instead of it the aligning pin 6 (T10096) and tighten the moment 20 N · m.
16. Turn off a bolt 4 on the right side of a beam. Screw instead of it the aligning pin 6 (T10096) and tighten the moment 20 N · m.
17. Turn off bolts 1 on both sides.
18. Turn off a bolt 2 on the left side of a beam and remove an arm 5. Instead of a bolt 2 screw the aligning pin 6.
19. Remove a support and lower a beam approximately by 40 mm. At the same time you watch that highways of the amplifier of steering were not tense.
20. Turn off a bolt 1 (see rice. Fastening of the lever to a beam of a forward suspension bracket) fastenings of the lever 2 to a beam of the 3rd lobby of a suspension bracket.
21. Remove the lever 12 (see rice. Details of a beam of a forward suspension bracket) together with an arm 20.
22. Disconnect the lever from an arm, выпрессовав by means of a stripper a lever axis from a rubber-metal support of an arm.
23. Grease a lever axis with graphite lubricant.
24. Clamp an arm in a vice with slips from soft metal on sponges.
25. Insert manually a lever axis into a six-sided opening of a rubber-metal support of an arm according to rice. Installation of an axis of the lever in a rubber-metal support (surfaces And yes In have to coincide). Make sure that the axis enters an opening without gaps, i.e. it is not turned in it. Otherwise the support needs to be replaced (see subsection 7.2.6).
26. Install on the car the suspension bracket lever with an arm upside-down, at the same time having replaced bolts of fastening of a suspension bracket new. Bolts 21 and 22 (see rice. Details of a beam of a forward suspension bracket) roll in the following sequence: screw a bolt 22 by hand, then bolts 21 by hand, further tighten evenly serially. Finally tighten threaded connections of a suspension bracket on the car standing on the earth. Check and if necessary adjust the angles of installation of wheels.
