Prevention

It is forbidden to work with the car installed only on a jack. Always enclose steady support under the car. On soft soil place an additional support, for example a board under the lower platform of a jack.

Establish a jack only in the places noted on thresholds by substampings 1 (see rice. An arrangement of substampings on thresholds in jack installation sites). Installation sites of a jack are shown by shooters on rice. Jack installation sites.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Include the first transfer and put persistent whetstones under forward wheels if you lift a back part of the car. When raising a forward part slow down the car the parking brake and establish persistent whetstones under back wheels.

2. Establish the lower basic platform 2 (see rice. A car raising a jack) a jack on the horizontal section of the road.

3. Turning the handle of a jack 1, bring the top platform 3 jacks under a threshold 4. At the same time the vertical part of the platform 3 jacks has to adjoin closely to a threshold 4.

4. Make sure that the lower basic platform 2 jacks is precisely under the top platform 3.

5. Turning the jack handle, carefully lift the car.

6. If work under the car is supposed, install it on basic racks.
