1.39. A movable roof with the electric drive
GENERAL INFORMATION

The switch of management of a movable roof with the electric drive

 1 – switch handle;

2 – upholstery of a ceiling of salon;

I, II and III – provisions of the handle of the switch

On an upholstery of a ceiling of salon the handle of 1 switch of management of a movable roof with the electric drive is located.

The electric drive works at the included ignition. However it can use also after switching off of ignition approximately within 10 min. provided that throughout this time will not open any of forward doors.

Prevention

Careless closing of a roof can lead to a trauma.

At a speed over 160 km/h do not open and do not close a roof, it can lead to its damage.

Symbols on a scale of the switch specify:

 – I – the roof is completely closed;
 – III – the roof is completely open.

Between symbols I and III handles can be intermediate. At the luggage carrier installed on a roof install the handle only to the situation II noted by larger point on a scale. At bigger opening the roof can be damaged about a luggage carrier.

At shutdown of the rechargeable battery perhaps incomplete closing of a roof. Therefore again to customize a control system, at the included ignition press not less than 5 with a forward part of the handle of the switch installed in situation I – the roof will completely be closed.

The roof can be closed when closing doors a key. For this purpose turn a key in the lock and hold it in this situation until the roof is closed. At a key otpuskaniye the roof will instantly stop.

Emergency control by a roof

At failure of the electric drive it is possible to close a roof manually.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Accurately hook the screw-driver on a ceiling upholstery a cover of 1 mechanism 2 managements of a roof and cast away it (3 – the handle).
2. Take out the handle 3 of the holder and insert it into a mechanism 2 opening against the stop.
3. Turning the handle 3 in the relevant party, open or close a roof.
4. Install the handle 3 back in the holder and slam a cover 1.
5. Again to customize a control system, at the included ignition press not less than 5 with a forward part of the handle 1 (see rice. The switch of management of a movable roof with the electric drive) the switch installed in situation I – the hatch will completely be closed.
6. At the increased resistance to movement of a roof (snow hit, freezing and so forth) it is possible to operate a roof pressing a forward or back part of the handle of 1 switch. In this case the roof begins to move through 1 from later pressing the handle.
