GENERAL INFORMATION

Numbering of contacts of a connecting block of the module of ignition of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW

Check of supply voltage of the module of ignition

ENGINES of 1,0 l, 37 kW And 1,4 l, 50 kW

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Previously check tension of the rechargeable battery. It has to be not less than 11,5 Century.
2. Disconnect a block 3 (see rice. Details of system of ignition of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) with wires from the module of 1 ignition.
3. Connect the voltmeter to contacts 2 (see rice. Numbering of contacts of a connecting block of the module of ignition of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW and 1,4 l, 50 kW) and 4 connecting blocks of the module of ignition.
4. Include ignition. The voltmeter has to show tension of the rechargeable battery. If the voltmeter shows 0, check for break of a wire between contacts 4 blocks and "weight" and between contact 2 blocks and a safety lock No. 52.
5. Disconnect a block of a plait of wires of nozzles from a plait of wires (see subsection 2.7).
6. Connect tension indicator with a light-emitting diode to contacts 1 and 4 blocks of the module of ignition, then to contacts 3 and 4.
7. Turn the engine a starter – the light-emitting diode has to blink in both cases. Otherwise check conducting for break and short circuit.
8. If there is no break or short circuit in wires, and the voltmeter connected to contacts 2 and 4 shows 0, replace the control unit of the engine.
9. If there is no break or short circuit in wires, and the voltmeter connected to contacts 2 and 4 shows tension of the rechargeable battery, replace the ignition module.

ENGINES of 1,4 l, 55 I 74 kW

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Previously check tension of the rechargeable battery. It has to be not less than 11,5 Century.
2. Disconnect a block 3 (see rice. Details of system of ignition of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW) with wires from the module 2 ignitions.
3. Connect the voltmeter to contacts 2 (see rice. Check of supply voltage of the module of ignition) and 4 connecting blocks of the module of ignition.
4. Include ignition. The voltmeter has to show tension of the rechargeable battery. If the voltmeter shows 0, check for break of a wire between contacts 2 blocks and the block of the relay and between contact 4 blocks and "weight".
5. Disconnect a block of a plait of wires of nozzles from a plait of wires (see subsection 2.7).
6. Connect tension indicator with a light-emitting diode to contacts 1 and 4 blocks of the module of ignition, then to contacts 3 and 4.
7. Turn the engine a starter. The light-emitting diode has to blink in both cases.
8. If the voltmeter shows any tension and the light-emitting diode blinks, replace the ignition module. If the light-emitting diode does not blink, check wires for break or short circuit.
9. If there is no break or short circuit in wires, replace the control unit of the engine.
