GENERAL INFORMATION

ENGINES of 1,0 l, 37 kW And 1,4 l, 50 kW

On engines of 1,0 l, 37 kW apply candles of NGK BKR 6 of ETA-10 which gap between electrodes makes 0,9–1,1 mm.

On engines of 1,4 l, 50 kW apply candles of Champion RC 89 PYC (a gap between electrodes of 0,8-0,9 mm) or Brisk DR 15 TC (a gap of 0,75-0,85 mm).

The moment of an inhaling of spark plugs – 20–30 N · m.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the ignition module.
2. Turn out spark plugs.
3. Clear candles.
4. Examine a candle. If on the insulator there are cracks, the carving or electrodes is damaged, the candle should be replaced.
5. Check the round probe gaps between electrodes of candles. If necessary adjust a gap.
6. Screw candles upside-down.

ENGINES of 1,4 l, 55 I 74 kW

On these engines candles of NGK BKUR 6 of ET-10, a gap between electrodes – 1 mm are applied.

The moment of an inhaling of spark plugs – 20–30 N · m.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Remove the top casing of the engine.
3. Remove tips with high-voltage wires 1 (see rice. Details of system of ignition of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW) from candles of the 13th ignition.
4. Remove the holder of 12 wires.
5. Turn out spark plugs.
6. Clear candles.
7. Examine a candle. If on the insulator there are cracks, the carving or electrodes is damaged, the candle should be replaced.
8. Check the round probe gaps between electrodes of candles. The gap has to make 0,9–1,1 mm. If necessary adjust a gap.
9. Screw candles upside-down.
