GENERAL INFORMATION

LAMPS OF DRIVING AND PASSING BEAM

Removal of a cover of a headlight

 1 – clamp;

Prevention

Galogenovy lamps during the work heat up to high temperature. Do not touch a lamp flask by hands: on it there will be fatty traces because of which the lamp will quickly fuse. If you unintentionally concerned a flask, wipe it with the pure rag moistened with alcohol.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For convenience of work with a left headlight remove a side cover of the rechargeable battery.
2. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
3. Having pressed two spring clamps 1 (see rice. Removal of a cover of a headlight), uncover 2 headlights.
4. Disconnect a block 1 (see rice. Replacement of a lamp of driving beam) with wires from the boss of a lamp of driving beam.
5. Remove the ends of a spring clamp 3 of hooks on the case of a headlight and turn a clamp aside.
6. Take out a lamp 2 driving beam.
7. Insert a new lamp, without touching by fingers of a glass flask. At the same time ledges on the case of a headlight have to enter openings on a lamp socle.
8. Turn a spring clamp into place and hook on its ends for hooks on the headlight case. Then connect to the boss of a lamp a block with wires.
9. Establish into place and record a headlight cover.
10. A lamp 2 (see rice. An arrangement of lamps in a headlight) passing beam replace the same as a lamp of driving beam.

LAMP OF DIMENSIONAL LIGHT

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Having pressed two spring clamps 1 (see rice. Removal of a cover of a headlight), uncover 2 headlights.
3. Having pulled on itself, take out a cartridge with a lamp 3 (see rice. An arrangement of lamps in a headlight) dimensional light from the headlight case.
4. Take out a lamp of dimensional light from the boss, insert a new lamp and establish a cartridge into place.
5. Establish into place and record a headlight cover.

LAMP OF THE FORWARD INDEX OF TURN

Replacement of a lamp of the forward index of turn

1 – boss;

2 – case of the index of turn;

3 – headlight

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Take out a cartridge 1 (see rice. Replacement of a lamp of the forward index of turn) with a lamp from the case 2 indexes of turn, having turned it counterclockwise.
3. Press a lamp, turn it counterclockwise and take out from the boss.
4. Insert a new lamp into a cartridge and record it, having turned clockwise against the stop.

LAMP OF THE FOG LIGHT

Removal of a ventilating grate

Replacement of a lamp of a fog light

 1 – fog light;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. By means of the screw-driver wring out two clamps in the places specified by shooters rice. Removal of a ventilating grate, ventilating grate 2 (since the clamp, next to the center) also remove a lattice 2 from the forward buffer.
3. Unscrew screws 2 (see rice. Removal of a fog light) of fastening of a headlight. Pay attention that the top screw of a left headlight fixes also the sensor 3 temperatures of air.
4. Take out a headlight 1 (see rice. Replacement of a lamp of a fog light) from the buffer also remove a cap.
5. Disconnect a tip 4 wires.
6. Remove the ends of a spring clamp 3 of hooks on the case of a headlight and turn a clamp aside.
7. Take out a lamp 5 with a wire.
8. Insert a new lamp, without touching by fingers of a glass flask. At the same time ledges on the case of a headlight have to enter openings on the boss of a lamp.
9. Turn a spring clamp into place, hook on its ends for hooks on the case of a headlight and connect to a block with a wire. Establish a cap.
10. Establish into place a fog lamp and a ventilating grate.

LAMPS OF THE BACK LAMP (BODY HATCHBACK)

Removal of the holder of lamps of a back lamp

1 – latches;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Open a door of a back and cast away edge of an upholstery to get access to a lamp 3 (see rice. Removal of the holder of lamps of a back lamp).
3. Squeeze two plastic latches 1 on the top part of the holder of 2 lamps that they left gearing with the lamp case.
4. Take out the holder of 2 lamps from the lamp case.
5. Press the fused lamp, turn it counterclockwise and take out from the holder 5 (see rice. The holder with lamps of a back lamp).
6. Insert a new lamp in the holder and record it, having turned clockwise against the stop.
7. Insert into the lamp case at first the lower part of the holder, then top, having recorded the holder in the case. At the same time clicks have to be heard.
8. Establish an upholstery into place.

LAMPS OF THE BACK LAMP (BODY SEDAN AND STATION WAGON)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Open a trunk lid.
3. Accurately uncover a luggage carrier upholstery, closing access to a lamp 1 (see rice. A view from a luggage carrier on a back lamp of bodies the sedan and the station wagon).
4. Unscrew screws of fastening and take out the holder of 2 lamps from the lamp case.
5. Press the fused lamp, turn it counterclockwise and take out from the holder.
6. Insert a new lamp in the holder and record it, having turned clockwise against the stop.
7. Install the holder in the case of a headlight and fix it by screws.
8. Establish into place an upholstery cover.

LAMP OF THE LAMP OF ILLUMINATION OF REGISTRATION PLATE

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Open a trunk lid.
3. Unscrew two screws 1 (see rice. Fastening of a lamp of illumination of registration plate) of fastening of a lamp of illumination of registration plate.
4. Take out a lamp 2 of a trunk lid.
5. Take out a lamp and insert new.
6. Establish a lamp into place so that the rubber sealant was located exactly, without folds. Fix a lamp by screws.

LAMPS OF THE PLAFOND OF ILLUMINATION OF SALON AND DIRECTIONAL LIGHT

Plafond of illumination of salon

 1 – lens;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Having accurately hooked the screw-driver in a forward part (it is specified by an arrow), remove the lens 1 (see rice. Plafond of illumination of salon).
3. Take out a lamp of a plafond of illumination of salon and insert new.
4. For replacement of a lamp of directional light take out it from the boss and establish new.
5. Establish the lens upside-down and fix him in a ceiling upholstery.

LAMP OF THE PLAFOND OF ILLUMINATION OF THE LUGGAGE CARRIER (BODY HATCHBACK AND STATION WAGON)

Removal of a plafond of illumination of a luggage carrier (body hatchback and station wagon)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Open a door of a back and remove the back shelf.
3. Having accurately hooked the screw-driver in the place specified by an arrow on see rice. Removal of a plafond of illumination of a luggage carrier (a body the hatchback and the station wagon), take out a plafond from a luggage carrier upholstery.
4. Disconnect from a wire plafond.
5. Take out a lamp and insert new.
6. Connect to a wire plafond.
7. Establish in an upholstery at first a forward part of a plafond, and then, having pressed a back part, record it.

LAMP OF THE PLAFOND OF ILLUMINATION OF THE LUGGAGE CARRIER (BODY SEDAN)

Removal of a plafond of illumination of a luggage carrier (body sedan)

1 – plafond;

2 – connecting block;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Open a back door.
3. Having accurately hooked the screw-driver in the place specified by an arrow rice. Removal of a plafond of illumination of a luggage carrier (a body the sedan), take out a plafond 1.
4. Disconnect from a plafond 1 block 2 with wires.
5. Wring out a clamp 3 and remove the case 4 plafonds.
6. Take out a lamp and insert new.
7. Install the case and connect to a plafond a block with wires.
8. Establish in an upholstery at first a back part of a plafond, and then, having pressed a forward part, record it.

LAMP OF THE PLAFOND OF ILLUMINATION OF THE WARE BOX

Removal of a plafond of illumination of a ware box

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Open a cover of a ware box.
3. Having accurately hooked the screw-driver in the place specified by an arrow rice. Removal of a plafond of illumination of a ware box, take out a plafond.
4. Having pressed clamps, disconnect from a plafond a block with wires.
5. Take out a lamp and insert new.
6. Connect to a plafond a block with wires.
7. Accurately press a plafond into a sidewall of a ware box, since its lower part.

LAMP OF THE ALARM LAMP AT DOORS

Replacement of a lamp of an alarm lamp at doors

 1 – lamp;

2 – block

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Having accurately hooked the screw-driver, take out a lamp 1 (see rice. Replacement of a lamp of an alarm lamp at doors) from a door.
3. Disconnect from a lamp a block 2 with wires.
4. Take out a lamp and insert new.
5. Connect to a lamp a block with wires.
6. Accurately press a lamp into a door.

LAMP OF THE SIDE REPEATER OF THE INDEX OF TURN

Details of the side repeater of the index of turn

 1 – repeater case;

2 – lamp;

3 – protective cover;

4 – laying

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Unscrew two screws of fastening локаря in wheel the niches shown by shooters on rice. Details of the side repeater of the index of turn.
3. From the inside of a wing squeeze plastic latches and push out the repeater outside.
4. Remove the case 1 from a protective cover 3.
5. Replace a lamp 2 and install the 3rd case 1 on a cover.
6. Install the repeater in an opening of a wing and press it to a wing so that it was recorded. At the same time pay attention that wider latch of the case 1 has to be directed towards a forward part of the car.
