7.3.2. Removal and installation of a nave of a wheel (disk brake mechanism)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

At an exit of the hug bearing it is out of operation recommended to replace the bearing assembled with a nave.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully bring down a protective cap 5 (see rice. Details of a back suspension bracket with disk brakes) nave nuts also take off it.

2. Weaken an inhaling of a nut of the 6th nave (a nut dodecahedral) and bolts 2 fastenings of a wheel.

3. Lift and establish a back part of the car on reliable support.

4. Remove a wheel, having turned off finally bolts of its fastening.

5. Turn off two bolts of the 16th fastening and remove from a flange of a beam of a back suspension bracket a guide of 1 blocks assembled with a support. Suspend a guide of 1 blocks on a wire to a suspension bracket spring, watching that the brake hose did not stretch, it was not overwound and strongly it was not bent.

6. Turn out the screw 3 fastenings of a brake disk.

7. Remove a brake disk 4 from a nave. At the complicated removal shift a disk the rubber or polymeric hammer.

8. Finally turn off a nut of the 6th nave.

9. Carefully, without warping, remove a nave 7 from a pin.

10. Napressuyte a nave 7 on a pin 15, without allowing a nave perekashivaniye.

11. Screw a new nut of the 6th nave. Finally tighten a nave nut on the car standing on the earth.

12. Establish a brake disk and a wheel.

13. Surely replace the broken or deformed nave cap 5.
