7.1.2.6. Dismantling and assembly of the mechanism of gear shifting
GENERAL INFORMATION

Fastening of cables of the drive of the transmission

1 – cable of inclusion of transfers;
2 – cable of the choice of transfers;
3 – lock ring of a tip of a cable;
4 – lock ring;
5 – mechanism case;
6 – arm of cables of the drive;
7 – pillow;
8 – expansion plugs;
9 – bolt of fastening of an arm; 		10 – cable tip;
11 – lock ring of an axis;
12 – axis plug;
13 – lever of the choice of transfers;
14 – lever axis;
15 – ram;
16 – gear shifting lever;
17 – nut

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the gear shifting drive from the car (see subsection 7.1.2.5).
2. Pull the lever 3 gear shiftings up, at the same time pressing the plug 4 against the stop down (overcoming resistance of a spring 1), and remove from the lever the released lock ring 2.
3. Remove from the lever 12 (see rice. Gear shifting mechanism details) a spring 3 with plugs 2 and 4.
4. Unbend fixing pads and uncover 22 mechanisms of gear shifting.
5. Remove lock rings 4 (see rice. Fastening of cables of the drive of the transmission), the fixing cables 1 and 2 to the mechanism case 5.
6. Remove lock rings 25 (see rice. Gear shifting mechanism details) also disconnect cables 23 and 24 drives from the intermediate lever of the inclusion of transfers executed for a single whole from a guide of the 9th lever of gear shifting and the intermediate lever 20 of the choice of transfers.
7. Turn off a bolt of 21 fastenings and remove the intermediate lever 20 of the choice of transfers from axis 17 and a spherical finger of a guide of the 9th lever of gear shifting.
8. Remove a lock ring 28 axes of the intermediate lever of the choice of transfers.
9. Remove the ends of a returnable spring 19 from a spherical finger of a guide of the 9th lever of gear shifting.
10. Take out axis 17 with a spring 19 of a mechanism case opening.
11. Take out axis plugs 15 and 27.
12. Remove from an axis the directing plug 18 with a spring 19.
13. Remove from the directing plug 18 a spring 19.
14. Turn off two bolts of the 5th fastening and uncover the 6th hinge.
15. Having squeezed a holder of the 7th hinge, take out it together with the gear shifting lever 12 from the mechanism case 14.
16. Remove a guide 9 from the gear shifting lever 12.
17. Remove a noise-insulating washer 10 from the gear shifting lever 12.
18. Part a holder of the 7th hinge and remove it from a spherical surface of a guide 9.
19. Take out the 7th insert of the 8th hinge from a holder.
20. Remove the rubber buffer 13.
21. Replace the damaged or worn-out details.
22. Collect and install into place the gear shifting mechanism as it should be, the return to dismantling. At the same time establish a returnable spring 1, as shown in the drawing. After installation adjust the gear shifting drive (2 – the rubber buffer; 3 – spherical finger of a guide of the lever of gear shifting).
