Details of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases of engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kW
1 – connecting block;
2 – recirculation valve;
3 – a hose to the air filter;
4 – flange;
5 – bolts of fastening of a flange;
6 – final collector;
7 – screws of fastening of a connecting pipe to a final collector;
8 – bolt of fastening of a connecting pipe;
9 – connecting pipe;
10 – bolts of fastening of the valve and exhaust pipe;

Removal and installation of elements of system of recirculation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Disconnect a block 1 with wires from the electromagnetic valve 2 systems of recirculation.
3. Disconnect a hose 3 air filters from the electromagnetic valve of system of recirculation.
4. Turn off two bolts of the 10th fastening and remove the electromagnetic valve.
5. For removal of a connecting pipe 9 unscrew two screws 7 and a bolt of the 8th its fastening.
6. Replace laying 11 irrespective of their state.
7. Establish elements of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases upside-down.

The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a connecting pipe – 10 N · m.
