Details of system of recirculation of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kW

1 – inlet pipe;
2 – laying;
3 – valve of system of recirculation;
4 – bolts of fastening of the valve;

Valve check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1).
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the valve 3 union (see rice. Detail of system of recirculation of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kW) of system of recirculation.
3. Connect to the valve 3 union (see rice. Details of system of recirculation of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kW) the vacuum pump 1 (see rice. Valve check of recirculation of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kW).
4. By means of the pump create depression in the valve. The membrane 4 valves has to move up (it is possible to check to the touch fingers from below of the valve), and after a detachment of the vacuum pump the membrane has to return to a starting position (it is possible to determine by an accurate sound). Otherwise the valve is faulty and it needs to be replaced.

Removal and installation of elements of system of recirculation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1).
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the valve 3 union (see rice. Detail of system of recirculation of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kW) of system of recirculation.
3. Turn off two bolts 4 fastenings of the valve 3 systems of recirculation to an inlet pipe of 1 engine.
4. Turn off a coupling bolt of the 6th collar 5 and remove the valve 3 systems of recirculation from a connecting pipe 8.
5. For removal of a connecting pipe 8 turn off two nuts of the 7th its fastening to a final collector.
6. Replace laying 2 irrespective of their state.
7. Establish elements of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases upside-down. Replace nuts of the 7th fastening of a connecting pipe to a final collector new.
