1 – lower cover;

Replacement of the oil heat exchanger
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Merge oil from an engine case. |
| 2. Merge liquid from the engine cooling system. |
| 3. Disconnect cooling system hoses from heat exchanger unions. Mark hoses not to mix them at connection. |
| 4. Turn off the lower cover 1 (see rice.

| 5. Densely install new laying 4 on the heat exchanger. |
| 6. Replace a sealing ring 2. |
| 7. Install the heat exchanger on the filter and screw the lower cover manually. Then turn the heat exchanger against the stop towards an inhaling of a cover and finally tighten a cover. The moment of an inhaling of the lower cover of an oil filter – 25 N · m. |
| 8. Connect hoses to the heat exchanger, fill in liquid in the cooling system and oil in an engine case. |

Removal and installation of an oil filter
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery. |
| 2. Merge oil from an engine case. |
| 3. Merge liquid from the engine cooling system. |
| 4. Disconnect a block with wires from the sensor 6 of insufficient pressure of oil. |
| 5. Disconnect cooling system hoses from heat exchanger unions. Mark hoses not to mix them at connection. |
| 6. On the engine of 1,9 l, 74 kW turn off a cap nut and disconnect a tube of the 12th supply of oil in a turbocompressor. |
| 7. Turn off bolts of the 8th fastening of an oil filter to the block of cylinders. |
| 8. Remove an oil filter assembled. |
| 9. Replace laying of the 9th filter with new. |
| 10. Install the filter upside-down. |
Prevention
Do not turn off a stopper 5, otherwise it should be replaced.
