| 1. Remove a wheel, previously having weakened bolts of its fastening on the car standing on the earth. |
| 2. Turn off a hollow bolt of fastening of a brake hose 15 (see rice. Details of the brake disk mechanism of a back wheel) to a support 17. Having disconnected a brake hose, muffle its opening. |
| 3. Turn off two bolts 2 (see rice. A detachment of a cable of the drive of the parking brake) fastenings of a support, holding with the second key the directing fingers 3 for hexagons. |
| 4. Remove a support 17 (see rice. Details of the brake disk mechanism of a back wheel) from a guide of 21 blocks. |
| 5. Take out the 17th brake shoes 18 and 19 from a support. If blocks do not be replaced, mark them then to establish on former places. In use blocks are earned extra therefore if to trade their places, braking will be uneven. |
| 6. Turn out the piston 8 from the cylinder (see rice. Details of a support of the brake disk mechanism of a back wheel) by means of special adaptation or at its absence to use, for example, nippers for removal of lock rings. On the piston there is for this purpose special dredging. |
| 7. Take off a protective cap 7 from the cylinder. Replace the cap torn, cracked or lost elasticity. |
| 8. Take out a sealing ring 2 (see rice. Removal of a sealing ring from the support cylinder) from a cylinder pro-point by means of a wooden or plastic shovel 1 not to damage a cylinder 3 mirror. |
| 9. Examine a mirror of the cylinder and the piston. In the presence of deep risok, scratches, roughnesses, etc. replace a support assembled. |
| 10. Carefully wash out alcohol and dry a stream of compressed air the piston and the cylinder. |
| 11. Replace the protective covers torn or lost elasticity 5 (see rice. Details of a support of the brake disk mechanism of a back wheel) the directing fingers. |
| 12. Grease the piston 8 and a new sealing ring with the 9th G 052 150 A2 lubricant or brake fluid. Replace a sealing ring at each dismantling, irrespective of its state. |
| 13. Establish a new sealing ring 9 in a cylinder pro-point. Replace a ring at each dismantling, irrespective of its state. |
| 14. Put on a protective cap 1 (see rice. Installation of a protective cap on the piston) on a back part of the piston 2, having turned its internal edge inside out. |
| 15. Accurately insert an external edge of a protective cap 2 (see rice. Installation of the piston in the support cylinder) in a cylinder 1 groove. |
| 16. Screw the piston by means of special adaptation in the cylinder, and at its absence it is possible to use, for example, nippers for removal of lock rings. On the piston there is for this purpose special dredging. |
| 17. Clear of dirt and old lubricant the directing fingers 4 (see rice. Details of a support of the brake disk mechanism of a back wheel) and openings under them in a guide of 6 blocks. Check: fingers have to freely, without jammings to move in openings of guides. |
| 18. Establish protective covers 5 on fingers, having put on a cover edge a finger fillet. Before installation grease fingers under covers jellied lubricant (lubricant is included in a repair kit). Establish fingers in openings of a guide of blocks, having put on edges of covers fillets of a guide of blocks. |
| 19. Establish a support upside-down, having placed in it blocks according to earlier made marking. At connection of a brake hose 15 (see rice. Details of the brake disk mechanism of a back wheel) pay attention – under a tip of a hose metal laying has to be established. |
| 20. Pump over the brake system (see subsection 9.9.6) and adjust the parking brake (see subsection 9.9.2). |
