7.3.3. Removal and installation of a pin (drum brake to mechanisms)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Editing of a carving of a pin is forbidden. The pin with the damaged carving needs to be replaced.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On cars with ABS disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery, disconnect a block with wires from the sensor 24 (see rice. Details of a back suspension bracket with drum brakes) frequencies of rotation of a wheel, turn off a bolt of the 26th fastening and remove the sensor 24.

2. Remove a wheel nave (see subsection 7.3.1).

3. Turn off a nut of fastening and disconnect a brake tube 20 from the wheel cylinder. Muffle a tube opening, for example a cap of the valve of production of air.

4. Turn off four bolts of the 7th fastening and remove a brake board with a pin.

5. Take out a pin 19 of a brake board.

6. Establish a pin upside-down. At the same time replace bolts of fastening of a pin with a brake board new.

7. Pump over the brake system.
