7.2.7. Removal and installation of the stabilizer of cross stability

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an antisplash guard of a case of the engine.

2. Turn off two bolts 3 (see fig. in subsection 7.1.2) fastenings of a back support 2 of the power unit to the transmission.

3. Turn off on both sides of a suspension bracket two bolts 2 (see rice. Fastening of a holder of a pillow of the stabilizer) fastenings of holders of pillows of a bar of the stabilizer. The lower bolt on the right side can be taken only after the beam of a forward suspension bracket is lowered.

4. Turn off on both sides of a suspension bracket on one nut 1 (see rice. Fastening of a rack to a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability) fastenings also disconnect racks 3 from a bar 2 stabilizers.

5. Turn off bolts 1 (see rice. Fastening of the steering mechanism to a beam of a forward suspension bracket) fastenings of the steering mechanism to a beam of the 2nd lobby of a suspension bracket.

6. Fix the steering mechanism by means of a wire.

7. Lower a beam approximately by 40 mm (see subsection 7.2.5).

8. Remove both holders of pillows of a bar of the stabilizer.

9. Having turned the bent ends of a bar of the stabilizer up, remove a bar towards a back part of the car.

10. Replace the stabilizer bar pillows torn or lost elasticity.

11. Establish a stabilizer bar into place. Finally tighten threaded connections of a suspension bracket on the car standing on the earth.
