Prevention
It is necessary to remove and install the transmission on the elevator or a viewing ditch.

| 1. Remove the top casing of the engine (see subsection 2.1). |
| 2. Remove the air filter (see subsection 4.1). |
| 3. Remove the rechargeable battery and its holder (see subsection 10.2). |
| 4. Disconnect a wire from the traction relay of a starter. |
|
5. Turn off a nut of 1 fastening and remove the holder 2 from a hairpin. Tie up it to any hose. |
| 6. Remove the sensor of frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine. |
| 7. Turn off three bolts 1 (see rice. Fastenings of an arm of cables of the drive of the transmission of 002 type) fastenings also disconnect from the transmission an arm 2 fastenings of cables of the drive of the transmission. |
| 8. Remove a lock ring 5 (see rice. Fastening of cables of the drive to the transmission) axes of the lever of the choice of transfers. |
| 9. Take out axis 1, remove the lever 2 choice of transfers and put it aside together with a cable. |
| 10. Turn off a nut of the 6th fastening, remove the lever 7 of inclusion of transfers and put it aside together with a cable. |
| 11. Remove a starter. |
| 12. Disconnect a block 1 (see rice. A speedometer drive speed sensor arrangement on a box of type 002) with wires from the sensor 2 speeds of the drive of a speedometer. |
| 13. Turn off a bolt 3 (see rice. An arrangement of the working cylinder of the hydraulic drive of coupling) fastenings also disconnect the holder 4 tubes of the hydraulic drive of coupling from the transmission. |
14. Turn off two bolts 2 fastenings and remove the working cylinder of 1 drive of coupling from a coupling case, without disconnecting from it a tube 5. Fix the working cylinder by means of a wire so that it did not prevent removal of the transmission.
Prevention
After removal of the working cylinder do not press a coupling pedal at all.

| 15. Turn off all nuts available from above (see rice. An arrangement of points of fastening of the transmission of 002 type to the engine) fastenings of the transmission to the engine. |
| 16. Remove a forward left wheel. |
| 17. Remove an antisplash guard of a case of the engine. |
| 18. Remove локарь niches of a forward left wheel. |
| 19. Having weakened an inhaling of coupling bolts 3 (see rice. The connecting plug of a reception pipe of the muffler on models with the transmission of 002 type) collars of fastening of the connecting plug 2, disconnect a reception pipe 1 from the resonator 4 systems of production of the fulfilled gases. |

20. Having turned off a bolt of 1 fastening, disconnect a "mass" wire 2 from the transmission (3 – the backing light switch; 4 – arm; 5 – nut). |
| 21. Disconnect a block with wires from the switch 3 lights of a backing. |
| 22. Turn off a nut of the 5th fastening and disconnect from a box an arm 4. Put an arm 4 with wires aside. |
| 23. Disconnect both drives of wheels from flanges (see subsection 7.1.3.7). |
| 24. Disconnect a spherical support from the lever of a forward suspension bracket (see subsection 7.2.3) and a rack from a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability (see subsection 7.2.7). |
| 25. Take away outside a telescopic rack 2 (see fig. in the item 10 of subsection 7.2.3) a forward suspension bracket, establish between it and a body a wooden pro-rate 1. Suspend the wheel drive by means of a wire, for example, to a spring of a forward suspension bracket. Fix the right drive of a wheel as it is possible above. At the same time be careful – do not damage a varnish covering of half shafts. |

26. Turn off three bolts 1 and 3 fastenings and remove a back support 2 of the power unit. |
| 27. Turn off the nut of fastening of the transmission to the engine which is over the right flange of an output shaft of differential. |
| 28. Hook on the engine for eyes and pull waist cables, without allowing damage of hoses and wires. |
| 29. Raise the engine a little so that to unload the left support of the power unit, and turn out bolts 2 (see fig. in the item 39 of subsection 2.12.7) fastenings of the left support. |

30. Lower the transmission 1 so that to get access to bolts through a niche of a forward left wheel 2 fastenings of an arm of the transmission. At the same time you watch that the transmission did not lean on a beam of a forward suspension bracket. Turn off three bolts 2 fastenings of an arm 3. |
| 31. Turn off the remained bolts and nuts of fastening of the transmission to the engine (see rice. An arrangement of points of fastening of the transmission of 002 type to the engine). |
| 32. Take away the transmission from the engine and lower it, inclining it as appropriate and wringing out the engine in the opposite direction. |
