5.2. Check of a stopper of a broad tank
GENERAL INFORMATION

The final valve installed in a stopper of a broad tank supports pressure in the set limits and prevents damage of elements of system. The cover with the defective valve needs to be replaced.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover 4 (see rice. Cooling system radiator) broad tank.
2. Clear an internal surface of a cover of pollution.
3. Establish a stopper on the tester representing the manual piston pump with the manometer.
4. Increase the tester pump pressure to 0,12 MPas. During 10 about pressure should not decrease.
5. Increase pressure to 0,15 MPas: the final valve has to open, pit pressure to 0,12 MPas and be closed.
