PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Remove a pillow of a back seat (see subsection 11.4.3).
3. Uncover 1 (see rice. A view from salon on the fuel level sensor with a fuel receiver) the hatch in a floor over the fuel tank.
4. Disconnect a block 3 with wires from the fuel level sensor.
5. Having pressed the buttons of clamps, disconnect hoses 4 and 5 from unions on a fuel receiver flange.
6. A special key 1 turn off a nut 2 and take out from the fuel tank a fuel receiver assembled with the sensor of the index of level of fuel. Take out a sealing ring of a flange.
7. Disconnect wires 3 from the sensor 2 indexes of level of fuel (1 – a latch). Mark wires not to mix at installation.
8. Having picked up the screw-driver of a latch 1, shift the sensor 2 down and remove it from a fuel receiver.
9. Insert the new sensor into a fuel receiver and press it from below that latches 1 recorded it. Connect to the wire sensor.
10. Grease with fuel a sealing ring of a flange and establish a fuel receiver with the sensor in the fuel tank as it should be, the return to removal.
11. Turn a fuel receiver so that shooters on a flange of a fuel receiver and the fuel tank coincided, as shown in the drawing.
12. Connect a fuel-supply line of 1 supply of fuel (black color) to the union designated by a letter V, and a hose 2 return discharges of fuel (blue color) to the union R.
13. Similarly replace the sensor on cars with petrol engines fixed on the fuel pump 10 (see rice. Details of a power supply system of the carburetor engine), which acts and established the same as a fuel receiver of the diesel engine. At installation of the pump grease with fuel a sealing ring 13.
