11.4.2. Dismantling of a front seat
GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal of the lever of adjustment of a seat on height

 1 – lever;

2 – bolts;

3 – caps

Dismantling of a front seat

 1 – handle of adjustment of an inclination of a back;

2 – screw;

3 – left side facing;

4 – ware box;

5 – right side facing;

6 – spring

Fastening of wires on a seat

 1 – collars;

2 – clip;

3 – wire

Fastening of the device of adjustment of a seat on height

 1 – device;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take out a seat from the car.
2. Shake the lever 1 (see rice. Removal of the lever of adjustment of a seat on height), previously having installed it in the top situation that the seat reached the top position.
3. Take out caps 3 and turn off bolts 2 fastenings of the lever of adjustment of a seat on height.
4. Remove the lever of 1 adjustment of a seat on height.
5. Remove the handle 1 (see rice. Dismantling of a front seat) of adjustment of an inclination of a seatback, having pulled it on itself.
6. Unscrew four screws 2 fastenings and remove a ware box 4 under a seat.
7. Unscrew screws 2 fastenings and remove from a seat side facings 3 and 5.
8. For the models equipped with side safety cushions and heating depending on a complete set take out blocks with wires from the holder 6 (see rice. Connecting blocks of a front seat) also disconnect a block with heating regulator 5 wires. Cut plastic collars 4 fastenings of wires. Cut collars 1 (see rice. Fastening of wires on a seat) with a seat side.
9. Disconnect two springs 6 (see rice. Dismantling of a front seat) from a seat framework.
10. Turn off three bolts 2 (see rice. Fastening of the device of adjustment of a seat on height) fastenings also remove the device of 1 adjustment of a seat on height.
11. Turn off two bolts 1 (see rice. Fastening of a seatback) fastenings on both sides of a seat also remove a back 2 from a seat.
12. Collect a seat upside-down, having pressed a collar 1 (see rice. Fastening of wires on a seat) a clip 2, as shown in the drawing.
