11.3.3. Removal and installation of the lock
GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal of the internal panel of a back door

 1 – bolt of fastening of the lock;

2, 3 – screws of fastening of the internal panel;

4 – cap;

5 – internal panel of a door;

6 – expansion pin;

7 – adjusting pin;

8 – window regulator guide;

9 – window regulator cable

Installation of glass of a back door

 1 – ram;

2 – window regulator guide;

3 – glass;

4 – adjusting pin;

5 – expansion pin

On the internal panel of a door the lock, a window regulator and the loudspeaker are put.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the - plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Shift a protective cover and disconnect blocks with wires from a body rack.
3. Remove a door upholstery.
4. Remove the external handle of a door.
5. Having hooked the screw-driver, take out a cap 4 (see rice. Removal of the internal panel of a back door) from the internal panel 5 doors.
6. Lower door glass so that to get access to an adjusting pin of the 7th glass.
7. Screw the self-tapping screw with a diameter of 5 mm and about 70 mm long in an expansion pin 6 (internal). Pull out an expansion pin for the self-tapping screw.
8. Screw the self-tapping screw with a diameter of 8 mm and about 80 mm long in an adjusting pin 7. Pull out an adjusting pin for the self-tapping screw, having taken away a cable of the 9th window regulator by means of the screw-driver.
9. Lift hands glass and enshrine it in this provision, having inserted a wedge between glass and the panel of a door.
10. Turn off two bolts of 1 fastening of the lock at a door end face.
11. Unscrew screws 2 and 3 of fastening of the internal panel of a door.
12. Remove the internal panel 5, having removed it towards a forward part of a door.
13. Pull out a plait of wires from a door.
14. Remove the lock from the internal panel and disconnect from it drafts.
15. Put the door lock upside-down.
16. For glass 3 connection (see rice. Installation of glass of a back door) to the ram of 1 window regulator insert into a glass opening an adjusting pin 4, and into it – an expansion pin 5. Make sure that pins act at identical distance on both sides of glass.
17. Install the internal panel of a door. At its fastening the first wrap screws 2 (see rice. Removal of the internal panel of a back door).
18. Lower glass 3 (see rice. Installation of glass of a back door) down to an emphasis of pins 4 and 5 in the ram 1 and easy blow of a hand to the top edge of glass record glass in the ram.
